Our website is now at least partly "future-proof" -- we have switched the coding to the new HTML5 standard; integrated a responsive stylesheet in which both smartphones and large screens are equally catered for; added a Facebook feed; and streamlined our content.

Rates are indeed important, however child care program income is also profoundly influenced by two other factors: enrollment and fee collection. These three factors form the "iron triangle" of early centre finance.

PCPC has been fielding many calls from their members with valid concerns about the new Early Learning Program (ELP). With so many questions floating around out there, now would be a good time to read the actual documents that comprise this initiative.
