Insurance coverage for the RECE called Professional Liability/Errors and Omissions Insurance.

This NEW insurance is much the same as what a Teacher, Lawyer, or Doctor would have. Designed to offer coverage for potential suits arising out of the teacher’s profession. PCPC and Co-operators understands that funding each year is a challenge and so we have tried our best to come up with an affordable solution. The Co-operator’s General Insurance Company has designed special rating for policy holders who are members of Parent Co-operative Preschool Corporation. Please note that not all municipalities are requiring this new E&O coverage for their RECE’s and centres.

What’s happening in… your Centre? your Community? your Province? your Country? your World?

• June 27th is Canadian Multiculturalism Day! Canadian Multiculturalism Day is an opportunity to celebrate our diversity and commitment to democracy, equality and mutual respect and to appreciate the contributions of the various multicultural groups and communities to Canadian society. Contact your local community for events taking place to mark this day of celebration!
• July 1st is Canada Day! Most communities across the country will host organized celebrations for Canada Day, usually outdoor public events such as parades, carnivals, festivals, barbeques, air and maritime shows, fireworks, and free musical concerts, as well as citizenship ceremonies for new citizens. To learn more about the celebrations in your area, contact your local community offices or websites.
