Did you know that you are required to run an AGM? And that there are set guidelines as to when information should be sent to your members, how often you need to run one, among other important regulations?

Not quite sure all you need to be doing as part of your centre’s Board of Directors now that the season has officially started?
We can help you with that as well! Go to the Members’ Area of the PCPC website and download the Board of Directors Handbook. The handbook has additional information about running an AGM along with other items your Board will find helpful. You can find all of our sample handbooks here.
If you have not yet checked out the Online Presentations which we emailed you about in July, now is a great time! These will help guide you in your new role. Take some time to review the presentations and the Board job descriptions. These are all available here and will help you feel more comfortable and confident in your new role.
