In response to the needs of the members of PCPC, all of whom are busy running their own centres, and the previous success, PCPC will be running another Electronic AGM for PCPC. With technology at our disposal, an electronic AGM will allow your centre to still fulfill their membership obligation by voting while allowing you to do it from the comfort of your centre, home or office!
Our electronic AGM will be held on Tuesday November 20 2018.
That morning we will be sending out an information email to all our members at 9am with a list of the motions which need to be voted on.
The information needed for you to make an informed vote will be uploaded to the Members’ Area of the website, right at the top where it is easy to view. There you will find the motions, can download both the financial statement and past meeting minutes. These will be uploaded to the website by the end of the day on Tuesday November 6th to give you time to review them in advance and ask any questions you should have.
Please ensure we have updated email addresses for your Board of Directors. If you haven’t yet sent us that information, please do so over the next week in order to allow us to send out the other emails to help your new Board members become accustomed to their new roles.
